Very Good
The room we had was very spacious. It was very clean thanks to Olga. The property is in a good location for exploring Rome. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, with Piazza Navona located one block away. There are also 2 supermarkets very close which was a real bonus.
I suppose, because of our age, we do not like having contactless access. We were sent a message to say that reception would only be manned until 1.30pm and we would have to collect the keys from a restaurant in the square opposite. The waiter we collected the keys from was very helpful and luckily when we arrived the lovely Olga (cleaner) was still on the premises so she was great. There were no cups or kettle in the room, we had to ask for them the next morning.

Ideal place in the heart of cagliari
Perfect location. Modern and equipped room. We stayed with our 1.5 year old baby and the room size is ideal. Owner, Simone, is really nice and helped us on every question.

Amazing location! Room itself was satisfactory.
The location was amazing, right in the middle of all the major sites and everything was walkable. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. It was surprisingly quiet given the location.
The room was a bit sparse with only a few things in the mini bar (fewer than advertised) and no coffee/ tea available. There was a bit of a damp smell. It was fine as a base to explore from but not somewhere you'd want to spend much time.
